“So a little bit about me and the ethos of Select Escapes. I’ve loved travelling since I was a child and I’ve been lucky enough to have worked in the travel industry for over 30 years, with time spent working in destinations as well as in the UK. 

I’ve been running my own travel business since 2005 with the philosophy of offering a more flexible approach to booking holidays whilst adopting the principle that one size most definitely does NOT fit all when it comes to your holiday. I am passionate that my customers get the very best out of their holiday and will always go the extra mile to recommend the best options to help you maximise your destination experience including activities, dining options and experiences.

Where are you most likely to find me on holiday? Europe has so much to offer with a wealth of culture, food and great landscapes and there’s always somewhere different to explore, but I also love somewhere that offers me something very different

Some of my favourite trips have been a self drive through Cuba from Holguin to Havana, , a tour of Zimbabwe (including Bulawayo, Matobo National Park, Hwange National Park, Vic Falls and Harare) and a couple of trips in Marrakech. Kerala, India is my next stop with my women’s travel group  “Wanderwomen”.  I also love a great hotel and try to experience as many as possible so I have first hand experience – that’s my excuse anyway.
